Silver Skin 2.6.2 for Firefox 1.0 (little bug fix)

Hi there, I've fixed three little bugs, involving the forward button (when large icon size is selected), the bookmarks scroll arrows and the tab's background issue (if you open a link in a new tab).
You can download the new theme file from http://www.maurobartoccelli.com/silverskin/firefox.htm (version 2.6.2) and install it over the old one.
